2002 Stock Colors - Official Rules

How to Enter
To enter, simply order, 6 or more folio-sized cartons (or 10 cut-size cartons) of any Sappi Lustro or Opus paper. Fill out the official Sappi Coated Mission entry card that you received with your Stock Color Selector, and return it to us no later than April 30, 2002. Entries can also be submitted using our Online Entry Form. You can enter as often as you like provided that each entry card submitted has a valid, and unique, Frank Parsons order number.

Once we receive your entry card we'll enter you in our Sappi Coated Mission Drawing. This offer is good on all Sappi Lustro or Opus orders placed from November 15, 2001 through April 22, 2002 (Earth Day). Assorting various Sappi Lustro or Opus products is permitted as long as they are placed together on the same order number, and your total order meets the minimum requirements stated above.

Prizes
A total of 16 prizes will be awarded and include (1) Meade® ETX-70A Telescope (msrp $300) , and (15) LAVA® brand Silver Starship™ motion lamps (msrp $52.99). Only one prize is permitted per person, per drawing.

Drawing & Notification
A random drawing will be held on, or about, the last week in each month beginning in December, 2001 and ending in May, 2002 from all valid entries received. 3 winners will be selected each month for a period of 5 consecutive months beginning in December,2001. The Grand Prize will be drawn on or about May 3, 2002. Winners will be notified by phone. To see a winner's list click here. This offer is void were prohibited.

Odds of Winning
The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Multiple entries are permitted provided that each entry has a valid, and unique, Frank Parsons order number. All entries must be received by April 22, 2002.

Eligibility
Only legal residents of the 50 U.S. states (including the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing in the U.S. are eligible to enter our Sappi Coated Mission contest or win prizes. Employees of Frank Parsons, Inc., Sappi Fine Papers, and their subsidiaries are not eligible.

General Conditions and Disclaimers
This promotion is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree that Frank Parsons, Sappi Fine Papers, and their subsidiaries cannot be held responsible, or liable, for losses or injuries resulting from the use/misuse of a prize, participation in this contest, or any typographical errors. Furthermore, by entering this contest entrants agree to hold the afore mentioned companies harmless from, and against, any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with the use/misuse of or inability to use any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and invasion of privacy.
